Our mission is to preserve New Church audio recordings and make them available to all. We provide audiobooks of works by Emanuel Swedenborg, recordings of New Church sermons, Swedenborgian classes, and more. These offer opportunities for Bible study and spiritual growth, exploring Biblical symbolism and New Church theology.

New Church Audio is a program of The New Church, an international Christian organization.

The New Church is a Christian denomination based on the Bible and the revelation given to Emanuel Swedenborg. We believe that true faith is loving the Lord Jesus Christ by following his teachings and being of service to others.

If you enjoyed listening, please consider making a donation to support this service.

Bringing people together for spiritual connection and community.

So guidance has to be wise and understanding - to avoid discouragement.... This is the story of 12 tribes of Israel - they were scattered, no central place or government. No leader had replaced Joshua. They became idolatrous and carefless of their defences. Then the Lord would raise up a judge to meet the crisis, but only for that place and time, not for entire land/ people. Universal theme runing through picture is need to be tested...." | By Rt. Rev. Second grade: Levitucus, Numbers, Deut, 3rd chapter of Joshua. 2nd grade - 9th year: What is state, what should education do for child. 39th year of wandering in wilderness. 10 Commandments on stone, given to children of Israel represents transfer from parents; first year of 40 years wandering was devoted to making tabernacle to have these tablets - way of protecting Word must be build into mind (conscience) in same way. It's the mind that must be organized into a nation. Sending out twelve tribes into land to see and report. Certain things must be learned in the wilderness period of life. There needs to be work and also free play because span of concentration is short and needs lots of help in extending itself. | By Rt. Rev. George de Charms , Bryn Athyn Benade Hall
