Our mission is to preserve New Church audio recordings and make them available to all. We provide audiobooks of works by Emanuel Swedenborg, recordings of New Church sermons, Swedenborgian classes, and more. These offer opportunities for Bible study and spiritual growth, exploring Biblical symbolism and New Church theology.

New Church Audio is a program of The New Church, an international Christian organization.

The New Church is a Christian denomination based on the Bible and the revelation given to Emanuel Swedenborg. We believe that true faith is loving the Lord Jesus Christ by following his teachings and being of service to others.

If you enjoyed listening, please consider making a donation to support this service.

  • Do You Love Me? Feed My Sheep

    Worship Service: Children & Adult - 22 Apr, 2012

We love the Lord by caring for each other. (Psalm 19:7-8; John 21:10-19; DLW 11:14; AE 820) Today's Quotes: Truth is called faith when a person knows it and thinks it, and truth becomes charity when a person wills it and does it. Truth is like a seed. When one looks at a seed before it is sown, it is only a seed: but when it is put into the ground it becomes a plant, or a tree, thus assuming its proper form, and consequently acquiring another name. Truth is also like a garment. When not being worn, it is merely pieces of material adapted for a body, but when it is put on, it becomes clothing with a human being inside it. It is similar in the case of truth and charity. While a person knows and thinks the truth, it is no more than truth, and goes by the name of "faith." But when he wills it and does it, it becomes "charity" - just as the seed becomes plant or tree, and as the piece of material becomes clothing with a human being inside. • Rise, Take Up Your Bed, and Walk

    Worship Service: Children & Adult - 17 Oct, 2010

The Lord's message for us is uplifting and moves us forward (Micah 6:8; John 5:8; Arcana Coelestia 519) To"walk with God" is to teach and live according to the doctrine of faith, but to "walk with the LORD (Jehovah)" is to live the life of love. To walk is a customary form of speaking that signifies to live, as to "walk in the law," to ";walk in the statutes," or to "walk in the truth." To walk has reference properly to a way, which has relation to truth, consequently to faith, or the doctrine of faith. What is signified in the Word by "walking" may in some measure appear from the following passage in Micah: He has shown you, O man, what is good, and what does the LORD require of you, but to do justly and to love mercy, and to humble yourself by walking with your God? (Micah 6:8) "To walk with Jehovah (the LORD)" or "before Jehovah" signifies, in the Word, to live the life of love. (Heavenly Secrets #519) | By Rev. Thomas H. Rose , Ivyland New Church, PA
