This Sunday we begin a 4-part small-group series called “Growing Through Challenges,” about the Gideon story in the book of Judges (Judges 6:1-23). The Israelites were being oppressed by the Midianites, and Gideon was feeling discouraged and helpless. We’ll begin by asking: How do we experience the presence of the Lord, especially during challenging times?
