On a journey far from home, Jacob went to sleep all by himself. He had a dream that showed him a ladder or stairs extending from him up to the Lord with angels coming down and going up on it. He realized he was not alone. If we understand how the Lord is also present with us with angels it can support hope, peace and the strength to do what we need to do.
