True happiness comes from love, and love is to feel the joy in another as joy in ourselves. And because we are emotionally interconnected we either contribute to happiness of others by loving them, or destroy it by loving a selfish delight. With the Lord's help we can become truly loving which means we are happy and a source of happiness for others.
