New Church theology tells us that there are many different “mothers” we can honor in our lives, including: actual mothers, mother figures, the Church, and the Lord as to Divine Wisdom (see Doctrine of Sacred Scripture 67). We’ll look at the story of Moses’ Mom, and Pharaoh’s daughter (Exodus 2). This service will feature women lay readers.
