The mother of the disciples James and John approached the Lord and asked if it were possible for them to sit at His right hand and His left in His kingdom. Her understanding of the nature of the Lord's kingdom might have been faulty at the time, but, that doesn't mean that she wasn't being led by two powerful united forces from the Lord, the love of marriage, or conjugial love, and the love of children, or storge.
