Is it wrong to curse or swear? Why? Church people are often pretty clear on the idea that taking the Lord's name in vain is not OK – it's one of the 10 Commandments – but they don’t tend to be as clear on other cursing or swearing. Is it wrong? Is it breaking one of the 10 Commandments or is it OK?
