We consider what it means to "gather together in the Lord's name." It is not so much His name here that is important, but what we understand to captured in His name. In the name 'the Lord' is an appreciation of the wholeness of His love and wisdom. We are "in His name" when our lives are dedicated to honoring and worshiping everything that His name entails.
