When we've gone through the earlier six practices - we have woken up to the presence of goodness, we have looked at areas we can change and made those changes, and we have let genuine love take highest priority in our lives - we finally experience peace. Even when we are active and engaged in life's challenges, our efforts no longer feel like labour.
