One of the 10 Commandments is "Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy." How do you keep that commandment? How do you break it? Is it just about whether you go to church or not on a given Sunday? To be honest, before I worked on a sermon about this in theological school I didn't really know the answer to these questions.
