Part 4 in a series of worship services given during the spiritual growth program, "Building Healthy Relationships". After we identify areas for healing and ask the Lord for help, we will find that we can progress only by leaving behind our old negative patterns and choosing new ones. Sometimes the choice is difficult and sometimes we have to force ourselves to do things we don't enjoy, but the effort we put into acting from good intentions and making wise choices in our relationships will bring healing.
