The New Church is a Christian denomination based on the Bible and the revelation given to Emanuel Swedenborg. We believe that true faith is loving the Lord Jesus Christ by following his teachings and being of service to others.
Description: On a journey far from home, Jacob went to sleep all by himself. He had a dream that showed him a ladder or stairs extending from him up to the Lord with angels coming down and going up on it. He realized he was not alone. If we understand how the Lord is also present with us with angels it can support hope, peace and the strength to do what we need to do.
