Description: The story in Mark 5, about the demon-possessed man healed by the Lord is also a spiritual story, about every person being spiritually healed, freed from obsessive thoughts and addiction to evil. This story is a bit scary, dark, and brings up questions – all reminiscent of hard times in each of our lives. But the Lord comes to us; he casts out unwanted thoughts and gives us peace.
