The New Church is a Christian denomination based on the Bible and the revelation given to Emanuel Swedenborg. We believe that true faith is loving the Lord Jesus Christ by following his teachings and being of service to others.
Description: Our Creator put the lights in the sky “for signs and seasons, and for days and years.” (Genesis 1:14) Later He promised, “While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, winter and summer, and day and night shall not cease.” (Genesis 8:22) Spiritually we go through times of darkness and light, cold and warmth, as we progress to new life.
