The New Church is a Christian denomination based on the Bible and the revelation given to Emanuel Swedenborg. We believe that true faith is loving the Lord Jesus Christ by following his teachings and being of service to others.
Description: This Sunday we begin a five week small-group series called “Angels; Loving and Leading.” We’ll begin by looking at the story of Lazarus the beggar who died and was taken to heaven by angels (Luke 16:19-31). What does the Word teach us about angels and life after death? How do these teachings affect our life in this world?
