The New Church is a Christian denomination based on the Bible and the revelation given to Emanuel Swedenborg. We believe that true faith is loving the Lord Jesus Christ by following his teachings and being of service to others.
Description: Jesus, being hungry, came across a fig tree which had only leaves and no fruit. He “cursed” the tree and it withered away (Matt 21; Mark 11). His disciples were amazed, and asked Him how He did that. What does this strange miracle symbolize in our lives?
