1. We are waking up to spiritual life and discovering that we have higher levels in ourselves.
2. We are learning about the emotion-thought connection, and how to reduce negative feelings by stopping negative thoughts.
3. We are learning to separate ourselves from our negative emotions and not identify with them.
4. We are letting go of criticisms of ourselves and of others.
5. We are replacing negative thoughts about others with positive thoughts.
6. We are learning how to "tame the wild elephant" by relaxing the body, and using positive thoughts.
7. We are observing and stopping forms of lying.
8. We are learning to live in the present.
9. We are learning not to be deceived by "false cause" and discovering that all causes are spiritual.
10. We are discovering levels of delight and deciding to choose higher delights over lower ones.
11. We are learning to forgive others and ourselves.
12. We are handing our life over to the Lord.
