The New Church is a Christian denomination based on the Bible and the revelation given to Emanuel Swedenborg. We believe that true faith is loving the Lord Jesus Christ by following his teachings and being of service to others.
Description: Jesus Christ is a Wonderful Counselor; He fulfills the prediction from Isaiah 9:6. For us to receive His counsel we have to go to the Lord in the Word. When we approach His Word with wonder, we can be in a frame of mind to hear His counsel, and we can get advise from Him about how to live a happy and content life.
