Description: (Audio goes in and out on this recording). Losing contact with someone we love through death or immigration creates a particular kind of loneliness. This loneliness is a separation from people we would wish to have more contact with. Unfortunately, in many cases more contact is not possible, and so we call this loneliness a loss. We have lost something that cannot be regained. So how do we deal with this loneliness?
