The New Church is a Christian denomination based on the Bible and the revelation given to Emanuel Swedenborg. We believe that true faith is loving the Lord Jesus Christ by following his teachings and being of service to others.
Description: Master: CD, 60:00 mins. total. The New Church is said to be the "crown of all the churches which have up to now existed on the earth" (TCR 786). What does this mean? The sacred text of this New Church, the Writings, is said to "surpass all miracles" (Inv. 39). In what way? We believe the Writings of the New Church are in fulfillment of this prophecy: "When He, the Spirit of truth, is come, He will lead you into all truth" (John 16:13); but how, exactly, are we led into "all truth?"
