A portion of advertisement from the BA Post: "I have now been Bishop of the General Church for 7 years and plan to retire in 7 year's time, in 2005. At this mid-point in my tenure, I think it would be useful for me to report on the uses of the Church, and to comment on the present and the future. What does the Bishop think about variety in worship? What are some of our potential weaknesses and strengths? What are the hopeful signs that I see as we look towards the twenty first century? I hope to present some of my thoughts on these subjects and invite response."
